How do I contact technical support?
The fastest way to contact technical support of the project is the online chat, which you can see in the bottom right corner of any page in the back office.
Working hours of technical support in English:
Monday to Friday 01:00-01:00 MSK (UTC+3); Sunday 07:00-20:00 (UTC+3).
Requests sent to technical support via email are processed a bit longer than requests via online chats.
