In December 2020, the construction activities started on the "Alabushevo" site № 16 of the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow".

During this period and up to and including January 2023:
- the foundation of the building has been completed,
- the metal frame has been installed,
- the interfloor slabs, concrete bedding and 1st level flooring have been cast,
- the stair flights and elevator shafts have been completed,
- the walls, roofing, windows and external doors have all been made with the thermal envelope of the building closed,
- the most part of the interior partitions have been assembled,
- the work on the engineering systems to connect the building to the utilities has begun,
- the engineering and process equipment has been delivered,
- other tasks have been completed.

The scheduled completion date for the "Sovelmash" design and engineering technology department is the 3rd quarter of 2023. The implementation of this plan depends on the investment pace.
