The Duyunov's Motors project is funded through crowdinvesting (or collective funding). This means that every person from any country can invest in the project and become a co-owner of an innovative business.

Each investor of the project buys investment shares in SOLARGROUP, which is one of the co-founders (49% stake) of the Sovelmash engineering company. Upon completing the project funding, OOO Sovelmash (limited liability company) will be reorganized into a public joint-stock company. The investment shares will be exchanged for the company's shares in Sovelmash.

Each investor in the project is given an investment agreement, its appendices, and a certificate stating how many investment shares this investor holds.
