How do I transfer funds in the SOLARGROUP back office?
In the back office, you can transfer funds between your accounts (from the partner account to the main account) or to another user.
Conditions for transfer of funds between your accounts
• You can transfer funds only from the partner account to the main account. Transfers to the partner account are not possible.
• Only the person who has signed the investment agreement and partner agreement, completed verification in the back office and invested at least $ 200 in the project can transfer funds.
Conditions for transfer of funds to another user
• You can transfer money to another user either from your main or partner account.
• Funds can only be transferred to the person who has signed the investment agreement.
• It is not possible to transfer funds received as part of the "Starter Bonus" or "Gift to a Friend" promotions.
How do I transfer funds?
• Go to the "Wallet" section in the back office.
• Click the "Transfer funds" button under the account from which you want to make a transfer.
• Choose the type of transfer: between your own accounts or to a partner (another user).
• Follow further instructions.
