What is a stage change?
The project implementation process is divided into 20 stages, each of which has certain objectives. Their achievement enables the project to proceed to the next stage of development and bring the funding closer to completion. All tasks of stage 18 have been completed, so the project goes to the new stage 19 on December 30, 2023.
The closer the funding is to its completion, the lower the risks for investors. Therefore, along with going to the stage 19, the discount on investment shares will be reduced, which means that the price of shares will increase. That is why it is profitable to buy shares before the stage change, i.e. until December 29 inclusive, while the discount of stage 18 is in effect in the project.
Such beneficial conditions as those available at stage 18 will no longer be available in the project.
How will the discount change?
The shares will go up in price by up to 20%. This is twice as much as usual for a stage change, because the risks for investors at stage 19 are reduced significantly more than before.
