You will get the company's shares of "Sovelmash" in exchange for your investment shares after the transformation of the limited liability company "Sovelmash" into a joint-stock company. We have already started the first stage of getting the company's shares: forming the shareholder register. You will be able to choose between obtaining the company's shares for personal ownership or transferring them to the SOLARGROUP management.

Option 1
Personal ownership
You exchange your investment shares for the company's shares of "Sovelmash" and register them in your name. To register the company's shares in your name, an agreement will be drawn up using the details provided in your back office account. Please note that in order to get the company's shares into your personal ownership, you will need to go through the procedure of exchanging your investment shares for the company's shares, which includes notarizing the documents and other steps stipulated in the guide.

After receiving the company's shares, you will be able to dispose of them independently: sell, gift, transfer, and receive dividends to your bank account.
Option 2
Ownership through SOLARGROUP
You transfer the shares of "Sovelmash" to the management of SOLARGROUP that will perform the necessary actions with the company's shares at your order, namely sell, transfer or gift them. SOLARGROUP will also receive dividends from "Sovelmash" and distribute them to your account in the back office.
You can choose both ways of management: part of the company's shares can be retained in personal ownership while another part can be entrusted to SOLARGROUP.
You can change your choice before the project funding is completed.

After that, you will be able to manage your shares of the company using the SOLARGROUP back office. At your order SOLARGROUP will be able to sell, transfer or gift your shares. Besides, if you earn dividends, SOLARGROUP will credit them to your account in the back office.
