I can't log in to my back office account, the "Invalid e-mail or password" error is displayed, what can I do?

1. Please make sure that the e-mail address you enter is correct. Check that: 
- there are no spaces in the address;
- the mail domain is correct (gmail.com, mail.ru, yahoo.com, yandex.ru, etc.).

2. Make sure that your password is correct. Check that:
- only Latin letters without spaces are used;
- capital and small letters of the password are entered correctly.
