PREPARING FOR VERIFICATION

Before verification, complete the registration procedure in case you haven't done it before. To do this, verify your e-mail address and then your phone number in your SOLARGROUP back office profile.

1. E-MAIL VERIFICATION

In the "Personal data" section of your profile, click "Confirm" below your email address.

Go to the email inbox specified in your back office account. Open the email from SOLARGROUP and verify your email by clicking on "Activate your account".

2. COMPLETING REGISTRATION

Once your e-mail has been verified, complete registration by clicking "Complete" in the corresponding section of your profile, in case you haven't already done so.

Enter all the necessary personal details in the form that opens and click the "Save" button.

3. PHONE NUMBER VERIFICATION

You can go to the phone number verification form in two ways:

WAY 1. Click "Start" in the "Verification" section. Click "Confirm" in the notification window that appears.

WAY 2. In the "Personal data" section, click "Confirm" in the "Phone number" field.

In the form that opens, enter your phone number, select the way of verifying your phone number from the given options (Call, Telegram, SMS) and follow the instructions. Then click the "Confirm" button.

After completing the registration and data verification procedure, proceed to the user verification procedure.

FILLING OUT THE VERIFICATION FORM

In the verification form, you need to fill out several data sections one by one. Then send the form to be checked by the verification specialists.

GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR FILLING OUT

To start verification, click "Start" in the "Verification" section on your profile page.

Please note! You can open this manual by following the link available at the beginning of filling out the verification form.
Study it to complete verification quickly and without errors.

"YOUR CITIZENSHIP" SECTION

In the section that opens, check and, if necessary, correct your citizenship and country of residence.

Click the "Continue" button.

"DOCUMENT TYPE" SECTION

Select the type of ID document you want to use for verification from the list and click "Continue". The verification procedure will depend on the selected document type.

"PERSONAL DATA" SECTION

Enter your personal details as they appear on the ID card you are using for verification.

FILLING OUT DETAILS

• Place of birth

If your ID indicates your place of birth, enter this data in the corresponding field on the verification form.

• Date of birth

If your ID card shows an incomplete date of birth, you will need to upload another document proving your identity, which will either have the full date of birth or exactly the same.

"IDENTITY CARD" SECTION

Enter the details of your proof-of-identity document that you selected earlier.

Mark that your document is open-ended, in case it does not have an expiration date.

To continue click "Continue".

"UPLOADING DOCUMENTS" SECTION

Upload a photo of the page spread with a photo of your face and all the data you specified earlier, if you select passport as the document type. Or provide photos of both sides of the document, if you select ID card.

Requirements for your document photo

• Good quality and high resolution to ensure that all verifiable information is clearly visible.
• The images you upload must contain no traces of editing.
• All uploaded images must be in color.
• The images must be taken from the original, not from a copy of the document.
• The image must contain the whole document, that is, all edges of the document must be visible.

Take a photo, save it on the device you use for verification. Click "Upload Image" or drag the photo to the area intended for uploading the photo.

You can also upload additional documents, if necessary. To do this, click "Upload More".

Press the "Continue" button to go to the next section.

"REGISTRATION ADDRESS" SECTION

Enter the details of your residential address registration as specified in the document and click "Continue".

If your document does not contain the data the system requires, enter "-" (minus sign) in these fields.

In the next step, you will need to upload the documents that prove the provided address.

"ADDRESS CONFIRMATION" SECTION

Upload a photo of the document proving your previously provided residential address registration.

If your country of residence is different from your country of citizenship, you will need to additionally prove your right of long-term residence in the specified country. To do so, please upload additional documents in the corresponding field below.

If the ID document you previously provided authorizes you to reside in the country, check the box at the bottom of the section. Then you will not need to upload additional documents.

You can also upload additional documents, if necessary. To do this, click on "Upload More".

Press the "Continue" button to go to the next section.

ADDITIONAL SECTIONS

"SELFIE WITH A DOCUMENT" SECTION

In the photo, we also recommend holding a note marked with today's date and "SOLARGROUP", so that we can be sure that the photo is intended for our company only.

Take a photo in accordance with the requirements, upload it to the website. Then click "Continue".

SENDING DATA FOR CHECKING

After filling out all the sections, carefully check all the information you have entered. You can view the data in all the sections or in each section individually using the [-] / [+] and "arrow" buttons on the right side of each section.

Make changes, if necessary. To do this, click the "Edit" button inside the needed section or the pencil icon in the section header.

After checking the data, click "Send to Check".

RESULT OF THE REQUEST REVIEW

As soon as your request is checked, you will receive a notification in the back office (notification section: bell) and by e-mail. More information about the check results will be available in your profile, the "Verification" section.

✅ Verification accepted

After successful verification, a notification will appear in the back office. There will be a mark in the "Verification" section inside the profile that says "Verification has been successfully completed".

❌Verification declined

If there are errors in the verification request or comments to the submitted data/documents, the verification will be rejected and you will receive a notification about it in the back office.

Click the "Correct" button in the "Verification" section of your profile to see all the comments.

Carefully read the verifier's comments to eliminate the errors.

Correct the data in the sections that are highlighted in red in accordance with the comments. If necessary, upload new documents. Make sure that all the data provided is consistent with the submitted documents.

Click "Correct", make changes in the field with the incorrect data and click the "Save" button.

Thus, correct all the sections with comments and send the request for re-checking.

NOTIFICATIONS

You can see all the system notifications in a special section marked by a bell at the top of the back office.

RE-VERIFICATION

If your personal data changes after verification or if you change your ID document, you need to pass verification again and update your verification data.

In the back office, you can pass on your investment shares, funds and account management rights as an inheritance to anyone.

Attention! The inheritance procedure in the back office is subject to the rules and legislation applicable to your country of citizenship. If the inheritance procedure conflicts with the regulations of your country, the statutory regulations prevail over the inheritance mechanism.

Who can become your heir?

Anyone whose details you provide can become your heir. A minor child may be designated as an heir; when the child reaches the age of majority, he or she will be eligible for inheritance.

There can be one or more heirs. If there is more than one heir, the investment shares and funds will be divided among them proportionally; the rights to manage the account will go to one person.

What does the heir get?

The heir gets:

• your registered and unregistered investment shares,
• your funds in the main and partner accounts,
• your account in the back office, which will allow the heir to manage the account after taking over the inheritance (including repaying the remaining installments, managing the partner structure, transferring and withdrawing funds).

How do I make the inheritance arrangements?

You can add an heir at any time. All you need is to be registered in the SOLARGROUP back office.

• Go to your Profile in the back office.
• Provide the details of the person you would like to designate as your heir. You can always change the data, delete or add an heir. If there is only one heir, all your investment shares and funds in your accounts and account management rights will be transferred to him or her.
• When adding second and subsequent heirs, you can specify for each one the percentage of your shares and funds that will be transferred to them. You can also specify which of your heirs will be given access to your user account.

How are inheritance rights transferred?

After an event that entails the opportunity to inherit (death of the testator), each heir must submit an application and documents confirming his or her right to inherit to the SOLARGROUP technical support:

- an identity card corresponding to the one you have previously submitted (if the details on the card are changed, the matter of inheritance will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis)
- a document proving the right to inherit (death certificate).

The heir must register and get verified in the SOLARGROUP back office if he/she has not done so before.

After the documents are checked, the investment shares and funds are transferred to the heir, with the share certificates in your user account being revoked.

If not all heirs contact technical support, but, for example, one of the three heirs, and this heir has access to your user account, he or she will only get the money and shares that are due to him or her. The rest will be reserved in our system and passed on to other heirs when they claim it.

When an account is transferred to an heir, their account is linked to yours. After that, each time the heir is logging in to their back office account, they will be asked to choose which account to log in to. A user can introduce any updates to the inherited account, including verification on their own behalf.

All inheritance issues are handled on a case-by-case basis with the SOLARGROUP technical support.

DESIGNATE AN HEIR

SOLARGROUP Project Founders Club is made up of those investors who are the first ones to support our projects. You can join the Club by investing the required amount in any SOLARGROUP project at its start.

When the project Duyunov's Motors was launched, the first 100 investors who invested $ 15,000 or more, as well as the first 1,000 investors who invested at least $ 2,000, joined the Club.

On March 4, 2025, a new SOLARGROUP project named New Generation Airships was launched. And there are spots in the Founders Club available again. To be able to fill them, you need to invest in the new project:
• $ 25,000 or more to join Club 100,
• $ 5,000 or more to join Club 1000.

When the first 100 and the first 1,000 investors meet these conditions, the Club will run out of spots until SOLARGROUP launches a new project.

How do I know if I am a Founders Club member?

If you are a member of one of the Clubs, you will see a Club 100 or Club 1000 icon next to your name in the back office.

You can see the available methods of topping up your account by clicking on the Top Up Account button on the Main Page of the back office or in the Wallet section.

In the back office, you can transfer funds between your accounts (from the partner account to the main account) or to another user.

Conditions for transfer of funds between your accounts

• You can transfer funds only from the partner account to the main account. Transfers to the partner account are not possible.
• Only the person who has signed the investment agreement and partner agreement, completed verification in the back office and invested at least $ 200 in the project can transfer funds.

Conditions for transfer of funds to another user

• You can transfer money to another user either from your main or partner account.
• Funds can only be transferred to the person who has signed the investment agreement.
• It is not possible to transfer funds received as part of the "Starter Bonus" or "Gift to a Friend" promotions.

How do I transfer funds?

• Go to the "Wallet" section in the back office.
• Click the "Transfer funds" button under the account from which you want to make a transfer.
• Choose the type of transfer: between your own accounts or to a partner (another user).
• Follow further instructions.

All information about your transfers is displayed in the "Wallet" section, "Account Activity" module.

Go to the Invest section in the Main Menu of the back office. Select the project you want to invest in. You will see the list of available packages and information about each of them: denomination, number of shares, installment periods, etc.

The minimum investment amount for most investors is $ 50: this is the monthly payment on a 10-month installment plan issued for a $ 500 investment package. This amount may vary depending on the region and project funding stage.

After topping up your main account, proceed to the following.

1) Go to the Invest section in the Main Menu of the back office.
2) Select the project you like: Sovelmash or New Generation Airships.
3) Select a suitable package of shares and payment options: lump-sum payment or installment plan covering several monthly payments. Please note that the share price is higher when purchasing a package in installments. You can purchase a package for yourself (Standard tab) or for your child (Packages for Children tab).
4) Read the details of the package, payment schedule, Investment and Discount for Shares Rules. Check the corresponding box.
5) If you have a promo code that gives you the right to get a discount or bonus, enter it in the field that says I have a promo code.
6) Select the payment account that the funds will be debited from (main or partner account). Top up the main account with the specified amount if there are insufficient funds on it.
7) Click on Purchase a package.

You can find information about the repaid investment shares in the My Investments section.
When purchasing a package in installments, you must make payments monthly in accordance with the schedule until the package is fully repaid.

An installment plan is an opportunity to pay for an investment package not in one payment, but over several months (from 10 to 30 months, depending on the package). The monthly payment equals the value of the package divided by the number of installment months.

This is convenient because you don't need to invest a large amount at once, and you can pay for an investment package step by step. In this case you buy the whole package at the discount which you used to make the first payment.

You can pay for any investment package in a lump-sum payment or in installments.

Example.
You plan to buy a $2,000 investment package.
You can either pay for the $2,000 investment package in a single payment or:
1) purchase the package through a 10-month installment plan and pay $200 a month for 10 months,
2) purchase a package through a 20-month installment plan and pay $100 per month for 20 months.

IMPORTANT: repay your installment plan in full, because the maximum number of shares is accrued only upon making the last installment payment. If you do not make the due payment as scheduled, the installment plan will be cancelled and you will lose most of the shares in the package. However, the repaid shares will remain your property.

IMPORTANT! When repaying a package in installments, the share price is higher than when buying a package in a lump-sum payment. That is, when buying a package in installments, you get fewer investment shares than when repaying a package in full at once.

It is impossible to change the installment plan period after registration. But you can repay your installment plan early, and will be credited with bonus investment shares for doing so.

Discount is a reduction in price of investment shares, showing how many shares you can buy per dollar.

Discount is also a venture premium associated with the level of risk and reliability of the project as it develops. The higher the risks, the higher the discount. Therefore, the discount at the start of the project was the highest, and with each new stage the discount decreases.

You get a different number of shares in the package purchased at the same price at different stages. The earlier you invest in the project, the more shares you will have.

A funding stage is a period of time during which the company carries out a number of planned tasks that bring the project closer to its successful implementation. The duration of a stage may vary, depending on the task implementation pace.

The price of investment shares stays the same during the stage, and as the project enters a new stage, the price goes up, since the risks for investors are reduced.

The funding for each of SOLARGROUP projects is divided into 20 stages.

The number of shares credited to you in each of the projects is displayed on the Main Page of the back office. You can also see the statistics: what percentage of the total number of shares in the project you hold and more.

The installment plan is cancelled if the monthly payment is not made in accordance with the schedule. But we give extra time for payment. The installment plan will be cancelled after 19 days (on the 20th day) after the due payment date.

Set reminders in your calendar and follow our notifications not to miss due installment payments.

• Go to the My Investments section.
• Select the package the installment plan for which you want to repay.
• Select the account you will pay from: main or partner account.
• Make sure you have enough funds in your account. If not, top up your main account with the required amount.
• Click Pay.

Done! The monthly installment payment has been made, the number of shares accrued for it can be seen in the back office.

You can cover two or more monthly installment payments at once and be credited with bonus investment shares for that.

• Open the payment schedule for your installment plan in the My Investments section and mark in the schedule how many monthly payments you would like to make.

Important! Select the payment type, which will determine the date of your next due payment and the accrual of bonus shares.

Regular payment: bonus shares are not accrued. The next installment payment is due in as many months as you cover in one payment.
Early repayment: bonus shares are accrued. The schedule of your remaining payments will change (the next payment will be due in a month). The more months you cover in one payment, the more bonuses you will get.

• Select the account from which you will pay: main or partner account.
• Make sure that you have enough funds in your account. If not, top up the main account with the required amount.
• Click Pay.

Done! The payment is made, the number of shares accrued for it can be seen in the back office.

You can buy and register investment shares in the SOLARGROUP back office in the name of your underage children. There are special child packages for this purpose.

How do I purchase a child package?

• Go to the Invest section. Select the project you want to buy a package in. You will see a list of investment packages that can be registered in the name of your child. These are packages of the same denomination, installment terms and discount as the standard packages.
• Select a package and click "Execute".
• Enter your child's full name. You can enter the other details at any time later, they will be necessary to transfer the shares to the child. You can enter and edit your child's details or add another child in your profile, under "My Children".
• Sign an additional agreement to purchase shares for the child. A new agreement is drawn up for each child. All agreements are displayed in the "Documents" - "Schedules" section.
• Click the "Purchase a Package" button and pay for the package in one lump sum or make the first installment payment.
• Pay for the package in full so that you can then transfer the shares to the child.

How do I transfer ownership of a child package to my child?

You can only transfer shares to a child when he or she reaches the age of majority.

• Be sure to get verified in the back office if you haven't done so yet. Your child must also be verified. It is possible to purchase a child package without verification, but it is required for the transfer of shares.
• If you have paid for the child package in full and specified your child's date of birth, your profile, in the child's card, will display an offer to transfer ownership of shares to the child.
• Click "Transfer Shares".
• Specify the email address your child's account is linked to in the back office. Click "Send a request". A request for transfer of shares will be created. We will check it manually, and then the shares will be transferred to the child and he/she will be able to register them in their account.
• The transferred investment shares and all information about the child will be deleted from your account.

Does buying a child package count as an investment?

Yes. The investment is made on your behalf and is considered your personal investment. Partner remuneration from buying child packages is calculated as usual.

What are the rules for paying for child packages?

IMPORTANT. You can buy a child package for a minor only. If this rule is violated, we will not be able to transfer the shares purchased to the child, the package will be transferred to the parent, and all the bonuses, if applicable, will be revoked.

Other than that, the same payment rules apply to child packages as to standard ones.

How many packages can I register in the name of my child?

You can buy any number of child packages for one child, as well as for several children. The main thing is to repay them in full to transfer the shares to your child.

To start promoting projects, partners have a variety of tools available in the back office. The checklist will help you navigate through them. You will find a list of partner actions there - 25 steps with detailed guidelines and links to the necessary tools.

A referral, inviting party or personal manager is a company partner who is engaged in providing publicity to promote projects.

Many partners use social media, YouTube, niche websites, online contextual advertising to promote projects.

Most likely, you learned about the projects thanks to your personal manager (partner, inviter). His/her data can be found in your user profile.
You can always contact your inviter, who will be able to answer your questions as an experienced investor in the projects.

If a participant registers on the project websites via a direct link /auth/registration, then the inviter is SOLARGROUP (company@solargroup.pro).

SOLARGROUP has introduced partner statuses to make the activities of its partners efficient. They represent the partner's career ladder, by climbing it, they tackle their own and the project's objectives and thus boost their income.

Upgrading one's partner status depends on:
• the amount of personal investment in the project, 
• the amount of investment made by people personally invited by the partner to the project,
• the number of partners with a certain status among those personally invited by the partner to the project.

The higher the partner status, the greater the partner's income and the more distinguished place the partner holds in the international team of SOLARGROUP. 

In total, there are six partner statuses in the SOLARGROUP marketing plan.

"Partner" is the initial partner status. 
Conditions for obtaining: signing the partnership agreement in the back office. 

After that, the partner gets access to all the marketing and training materials in the back office, and can invite investors to the project and make money from it. A "Partner" gets a 1%-15% referral remuneration on each investment made in the first four levels of his/her partner structure.

"Specialist" is the second partner status. 
Conditions for obtaining: 
• invest a minimum of $ 250 in the project,
• invite two investors personally,
• reach a figure where the sum of personal investments and those of personally invited investors is at least $ 450.

A "Specialist" gets a 1%-15% referral remuneration on each investment made in the first five levels of his/her partner structure.

"Master" is the third partner status.
Conditions for obtaining: 
• invest a minimum of $ 500 in the project,
• invite three investors personally,
• reach a figure where the sum of personal investments and those of personally invited investors is at least $ 2,000.

A "Master" gets a 0.5%-15% referral remuneration on each investment made in the first seven levels of his/her partner structure.

"Expert" is the fourth partner status.
Conditions for obtaining: 
• invest a minimum of $ 1,500 in the project,
• have at least three partners in the first level of the structure with the "Master" status,
• reach a figure where the sum of personal investments and those of personally invited investors is at least $ 5,000.

An "Expert" gets a 0.5%-15% referral remuneration on each investment made in the first nine levels of his/her partner structure.

A "Professional" is the fifth partner status.
Conditions for obtaining: 
• invest a minimum of $ 5,000 in the project,
• have at least three partners in the first level of the structure with the "Expert" status,
• reach a figure where the sum of personal investments and those of personally invited investors is at least $ 10,000.

A "Professional" gets a 0.3%-16% referral remuneration on each investment made in the first twenty levels of his/her partner structure.

"President" is the sixth and highest partner status.
Conditions for obtaining: 
• invest a minimum of $ 10,000 in the project,
• have at least five partners in the first level of the structure with the "Expert" status,
• reach a figure where the sum of personal investments and those of personally invited investors is at least $ 20,000.

A "President" gets a 0.3%-16% referral remuneration on each investment made in the first twenty four levels of his/her partner structure.

GO TO THE MARKETING PLAN

Referral link is a personal link of a SOLARGROUP partner, which he or she can share with other users of the network. If a user follows your referral link and registers in the back office, they become a first-level customer of your partner structure. You will get referral remuneration from each investment of this customer.

Sending a referral link

The list of your ready referral links is available in the back office, the "For Partners" section - "Tools", "Referral Links" tab.

Each of your links contains a referral code. It is a unique combination of letters and numbers, which is generated automatically. Only the partners who have reached the "Professional" status can edit the referral code.

By default, you have access to referral links to the registration page, the Duyunov's Motors project website, and others. You can copy any of them and send them to the person you want to invite to the project. You can send a QR code instead of a link.

Creating a new referral link

To invite a user to a page that is not in the list of ready-made links, you can create a new referral link. This can be done in the same "For Partners" - "Tools" section.

• Click the "New link" button.
• Fill in the data in the modal window that opens.

When filling in the data, you will be able to choose which page the user you send the link to will be redirected to.

Using referral links allows you not only to invite new investors to the project and earn a profit from it. Thanks to them, you can track the statistics of your partner activity: how many clicks, registrations, investments are made via the link, and so on.

• Po vnesenih podatkih kliknite na gumb "Registracija" in uporabniku bo poslano vabilo. Po poslanem vabilu se uporabnik prikaže na seznamu povabljenih na strani za registracijo. Od zdaj naprej ima 30 dni časa, da aktivira svoj račun prek vaše povezave. Po preteku tega roka bo vabilo preklicano.

Kako slediti statusu vabila

V razdelku "Partnerji", zavihek "Orodja", lahko spremljate status vabila (uporabnik ni aktiviral računa, uporabnik je aktiviral račun, uporabnik je verificiran, vabilo je preklicano). S klikom na ikono se prikaže opis statusa.

Kako opomniti na aktivacijo računa

Če uporabnik iz nekega razloga ni aktiviral svojega računa, mu lahko pošljete opomnik. To storite tako, da v ustreznem stolpcu tabele kliknete "Pošlji". V modalno okno, ki se odpre, vnesite besedilo svojega sporočila in kliknite "Pošlji". Uporabnik bo prejel opomnik po e-pošti.

Ogledate si lahko tudi kontakte uporabnika in ga osebno kontaktirate.

Kako si ogledati statistiko registracije

Stran za registracijo prikazuje statistiko poslanih vabil za vsak mesec: 

- uporabnike z aktiviranim računom,

- verificirane uporabnike,

The "Team" section in the back office is an important tool for a partner - a project participant who has signed the partnership agreement and works with customers.

This section contains all the necessary information on a partner's structure to make sure that they can run their partner business efficiently.

There are two tabs in the "Team" section: "Users in the Structure" and "Invitations".

The "Invitations" tab contains information about users to whom a partner has sent an invitation email but has not yet received a confirmation from.

The "Users in the Structure" tab contains information about the users who have confirmed the invitation / registered through a referral link and are already members of a partner's structure. This tab is where the customer cards are stored.

Colour markings can be added to the customer card if a partner would like to group their customers. For example, marking those he or she has called, those not reached, etc.

The customer card contains all the details and information that a partner needs to work with the customer:

• Profile. This includes the customer's contact details, citizenship, language, inviter, investments, etc.
• Structure. This contains statistics on the referral structure of the customer who has signed the partnership agreement: the number of people registered in the structure, the number of new investors, etc.
• Investments. This is where the customer's investment data can be found: denominations of packages purchased, installment plans, etc.
• Notes. Any information a partner would you like to add about the customer is stored here.
• Analytics. This tabs contains detailed information about the customer's partner status, their progress, their structure statistics, etc.

There are also useful links in the "Team" section:

• Click "Complete Traning" to get tips on how to use the section.
• Click "Your Inviter" to contact your inviter and see their contacts.

For convenience, a partner can customise filters and bookmark where he or she leaves off to return to the same place in the structure the next time the section is visited.

The "Team" section is constantly being updated. Therefore, it is easy for a partner to structure their work, focus on what is important and run their partner business with comfort.

Every partner of SOLARGROUP can recommend improvements in this section, as well as in the other sections of the back office. You can share your ideas for improvement in the partner Telegram chat.

Analytics are essential for partners to understand the efficiency of their activities and be able to boost their income. The information is available in the back office, the "For Partners" section - "Analytics", or by following the link. The section is only available to users who have signed the partnership agreement.

The section consists of two subsections: "Account Statistics" and "Structure Statistics".

The "Account Statistics" section shows detailed information about referral remuneration

Here you will find out:

• a projection of your income in case the installments are repaid in full by all the investors in your structure,
• your possible income upon reaching the top status of "President",
• the amount of referral remuneration for the selected period,
• the amount of actual sales in your structure for the selected period,
• the volume of sales including outstanding installments.

You can view data for all levels of your partner structure at once or for each level separately. You can select the period for which you want to view the statistics.

Information on referral remuneration and the history of accruals is graphically displayed. In the accrual history you will see the specific transactions on the partner account for the selected period: transaction ID, date, time, amount, from whom and for which package payment the accrual is made.

The "Structure Statistics" section displays information about your partner structure for the selected period

Here you will find out:

• how many new users have registered in the structure,
• how many new users have invested for the first time,
• the number of investors who have made a second or subsequent investment, including upsizing packages,
• the number of investment packages sold, including installment plans and upsized packages.

You can view additional statistics on your structure's customers: their citizenship, partner status and the amount of purchases. With this information you will find out the customers from which countries and in which statuses are investing more actively, see the activity dynamics over different periods and so on.

Use our "Analytics" section to earn more from your partner activities.

"Page Builder" is a tool for partners to create their own information page about the project. The partners can share the created page with potential participants of the project, their future customers.

Access to the builder is already open to the partners with the "Professional" and "President" status. Very soon the new feature will become available to everyone who has signed the partnership agreement.

Choose: "For Partners" - "Tools" - "Page Builder" in the back office menu. Here you see the instructions on how to create a page. The builder automatically creates a page based on the partner's referral code.

The builder features include information units that will appear on your page. You will be able to edit and disable units as you see fit.

• Main banner. This is the only unit that cannot be disabled. But you can choose from a number of options as to what will be displayed here.
• Emphasis text. Here you add brief information about the main current event in the project. For example, about a promo offer. You can disable this unit if you wish.
• Partner's business card. This displays the data you want to add about yourself. For example, your name, photo, your achievements and contacts.
• Video. Here you can choose one of the suggested videos or upload your own.
• Text unit. You add content to this unit as you see fit. And you can edit or disable it.
• Unit with a button. Here you can add a link to one of the project's landing pages, add a button name and set its colour, as well as add a text description for the unit itself.

When your page is ready, it goes through moderation. And any changes you make will also be moderated. If a moderator gives a reason and declines your publication, you can make changes and send the page for re-moderation.

Each partner of SOLARGROUP can recommend improvements in this section, as well as in other sections of the back office. You can share your suggestions for improvement in the partners' Telegram chat.

Before filing a request for getting the company's shares, you must complete the following steps.

• Pass verification or check that the data is up to date if you previously verified.
• Confirm your email and phone number.
• Sign all documents.

Filing a request for getting the company's shares is done in several steps.

Step 1. Fill in the details of the requested documents and upload the documents themselves. The list of required documents for citizens of your country is available on the landing page.

Step 2. Determine who will manage your future company's shares: you or the SOLARGROUP company. You can use both ways and allocate the management.

We recommend that you read the explanatory materials beforehand. You can change your decision in the future, before the project funding is finalised.

Step 3. Submit a requst for getting the company's shares. We will review it and make a decision. If all the documents are approved after the check, the request status will change from "Under Consideration" to "Approved". If corrections are needed, the request status will change to "Rejected".

For those paying in installments

Now you can only dispose of the investment shares that you have already paid for and that have been credited to you. The investment shares that you will get in the future will be managed by SOLARGROUP by default. You will be able to change the way you manage them in the back office until the end of funding for the Duyunov's Motors project.

Обмен долей SOLARGROUP на акции «Совэлмаш» начнётся, когда общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Совэлмаш» будет реорганизовано в акционерное общество «Совэлмаш». Вы будете уведомлены о завершении процедуры по email, а также через наши информационные ресурсы. 

Дополнительно мы уведомим о регистраторе, через который будет осуществлена передача акций, местоположении регистратора и его филиалов. Просим обратить внимание, что у каждого регистратора есть свои отделения в разных городах России, поэтому при выборе способа получения акций ознакомьтесь со списком местоположения всех филиалов выбранного регистратора.

Получить акции можно будет, лично посетив компанию-регистратора, или сделать это через доверенное лицо. 

Ниже представлена краткая предварительная инструкция. 

При личном присутствии инвестора в  регистраторе

• Уведомите о том, что у вас есть возможность лично присутствовать у регистратора. 
• Согласуйте день, время и выбранный офис компании-регистратора.
• Подготовьте документы по списку.
• В установленное время встретьтесь с представителем компании в регистраторе вместе с собранными документами

Список документов 

• Паспорт (2,3,5 стр.)
• СНИЛС
• Свидетельство о постановке на учет в налоговом органе (ИНН)

Внимание! 

• Перечисленные выше документы для оформления акций должны совпадать с документами в личном кабинете инвестора. 
• Email и сотовый номер телефона, которые вы укажете при акционировании в личном кабинете, будут использоваться при составлении договоров. 

После подачи документов и подписания договоров акции будут зачислены на лицевой счёт, который будет открыт во время вашего посещения компании-регистратора.

Без личного присутствия инвестора в регистраторе.

Через доверенное лицо (доверенность)

• Уведомите о том, что у вас нет возможности присутствовать лично. 

Вам будет направлен шаблон доверенности на компанию SOLARGROUP о предоставлении компании полномочий на совершение операций с ценными бумагами в реестре и на заключение договора. Кроме этого, вам будет направлен актуальный список документов, необходимый для получения акций, и адрес, куда документы необходимо направить почтой. 

• Внесите в доверенность необходимые личные данные и заверьте её у нотариуса.

• Нотариально заверьте копии необходимых документов и направьте их почтовым отправлением по указанному компанией адресу. 

• После прохождения необходимых процедур вы будете уведомлены о зачислении акций на ваш счëт. Вам будут предоставлены данные для входа в личный кабинет акционера на сайте регистратора.

Обратите внимание, что при обмене долей SOLARGROUP на акции «Совэлмаш» возникают дополнительные расходы, связанные с прохождением процедуры:

• отправка документов почтой, 
• открытие расчётного счёта у регистратора для начисления акций, 
• оплата регистратору за проведение сделки по переуступке акций.

Welcome Bonus is an offer in the Duyunov's Motors project, which gives a new participant the opportunity to get bonus shares when purchasing an investment package within the first 7 days after registering with the back office.

After purchasing the package, the welcome bonus shares credited as part of the offer are displayed in the payment schedule. They are credited after full payment of the package.
