How do I get verified in the back office?

PREPARING FOR VERIFICATION

Before verification, complete the registration procedure in case you haven't done it before. To do this, verify your e-mail address and then your phone number in your SOLARGROUP back office profile.

1. E-MAIL VERIFICATION

In the "Personal data" section of your profile, click "Confirm" below your email address.

Go to the email inbox specified in your back office account. Open the email from SOLARGROUP and verify your email by clicking on "Activate your account".

2. COMPLETING REGISTRATION

Once your e-mail has been verified, complete registration by clicking "Complete" in the corresponding section of your profile, in case you haven't already done so.

Enter all the necessary personal details in the form that opens and click the "Save" button.

3. PHONE NUMBER VERIFICATION

You can go to the phone number verification form in two ways:

WAY 1. Click "Start" in the "Verification" section. Click "Confirm" in the notification window that appears.

WAY 2. In the "Personal data" section, click "Confirm" in the "Phone number" field.

In the form that opens, enter your phone number, select the way of verifying your phone number from the given options (Call, Telegram, SMS) and follow the instructions. Then click the "Confirm" button.

After completing the registration and data verification procedure, proceed to the user verification procedure.

FILLING OUT THE VERIFICATION FORM

In the verification form, you need to fill out several data sections one by one. Then send the form to be checked by the verification specialists.

Important! When going through verification, provide only accurate data and valid documents, otherwise your verification will be declined.

GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR FILLING OUT

To start verification, click "Start" in the "Verification" section on your profile page.

Please note! You can open this manual by following the link available at the beginning of filling out the verification form.
Study it to complete verification quickly and without errors.

"YOUR CITIZENSHIP" SECTION

In the section that opens, check and, if necessary, correct your citizenship and country of residence.

Under the investment agreement, citizens of a number of countries cannot invest in our project due to restrictions in the legislation of these countries.

Please note! The list of requirements for the procedure and the list of documents to be submitted for verification depend on your citizenship and country of residence.

Click the "Continue" button.

"DOCUMENT TYPE" SECTION

Select the type of ID document you want to use for verification from the list and click "Continue". The verification procedure will depend on the selected document type.

Please note! The list of document types depends on the chosen citizenship and country of residence.

"PERSONAL DATA" SECTION

Enter your personal details as they appear on the ID card you are using for verification.

FILLING OUT DETAILS

  • Place of birth

If your ID indicates your place of birth, enter this data in the corresponding field on the verification form.

  • Date of birth

If your ID card shows an incomplete date of birth, you will need to upload another document proving your identity, which will either have the full date of birth or exactly the same.

When the date of birth in all documents is incomplete, "01" is given as the day or month

For example,

01/ 07/1999, if the document contains only the month and year of birth  or

01/ 01/1999, if only the year of birth is specified

Important: Only individuals who have reached the legal age can participate in our project.

"IDENTITY CARD" SECTION

Enter the details of your proof-of-identity document that you selected earlier.

Important!

If your document does not explicitly specify an expiration date, it may be set by law (e.g., changing your passport when you reach a certain age). In this case, calculate the expiration date yourself and write this date in the expiration date field.

Mark that your document is open-ended, in case it does not have an expiration date.

To continue click "Continue".

"UPLOADING DOCUMENTS" SECTION

Upload a photo of the page spread with a photo of your face and all the data you specified earlier, if you select passport as the document type. Or provide photos of both sides of the document, if you select ID card.

Attention! Before taking a photo, study the image requirements.

Requirements for your document photo

  • Good quality and high resolution to ensure that all verifiable information is clearly visible.
  • The images you upload must contain no traces of editing.
  • All uploaded images must be in color.
  • The images must be taken from the original, not from a copy of the document.
  • The image must contain the whole document, that is, all edges of the document must be visible.

Take a photo, save it on the device you use for verification. Click "Upload Image" or drag the photo to the area intended for uploading the photo.

You can also upload additional documents, if necessary. To do this, click "Upload More".

Press the "Continue" button to go to the next section.

"REGISTRATION ADDRESS" SECTION

Enter the details of your residential address registration as specified in the document and click "Continue".

If your document does not contain the data the system requires, enter "-" (minus sign) in these fields.

Attention! If you provide a registration address outside the country that you are a citizen of, you will need to prove the right of residence in this territory. Or you will need to provide the residential address registration on the territory of the country you are a citizen of.

In the next step, you will need to upload the documents that prove the provided address.

"ADDRESS CONFIRMATION" SECTION

Upload a photo of the document proving your previously provided residential address registration.

Attention! Photos of documents must meet all the image requirements.

If your country of residence is different from your country of citizenship, you will need to additionally prove your right of long-term residence in the specified country. To do so, please upload additional documents in the corresponding field below.

If the ID document you previously provided authorizes you to reside in the country, check the box at the bottom of the section. Then you will not need to upload additional documents.

You can also upload additional documents, if necessary. To do this, click on "Upload More".

Press the "Continue" button to go to the next section.

ADDITIONAL SECTIONS

"SELFIE WITH A DOCUMENT" SECTION

Please note! The system or the verifier may ask you to upload a selfie (your photo) with a document in your hand proving your identity.

In the photo, we also recommend holding a note marked with today's date and "SOLARGROUP", so that we can be sure that the photo is intended for our company only.

Take a photo in accordance with the requirements, upload it to the website. Then click "Continue".

SENDING DATA FOR CHECKING

After filling out all the sections, carefully check all the information you have entered. You can view the data in all the sections or in each section individually using the [-] / [+] and "arrow" buttons on the right side of each section.

Make changes, if necessary. To do this, click the "Edit" button inside the needed section or the pencil icon in the section header.

After checking the data, click "Send to Check".

Verification of your documents can take up to 3 business days, depending on the number of requests and the workload of our verification specialists, but usually it happens faster.

RESULT OF THE REQUEST REVIEW

As soon as your request is checked, you will receive a notification in the back office (notification section: bell) and by e-mail. More information about the check results will be available in your profile, the "Verification" section.

Verification accepted

After successful verification, a notification will appear in the back office. There will be a mark in the "Verification" section inside the profile that says "Verification has been successfully completed".

Verification declined

If there are errors in the verification request or comments to the submitted data/documents, the verification will be rejected and you will receive a notification about it in the back office.

Click the "Correct" button in the "Verification" section of your profile to see all the comments.

Carefully read the verifier's comments to eliminate the errors.

Correct the data in the sections that are highlighted in red in accordance with the comments. If necessary, upload new documents. Make sure that all the data provided is consistent with the submitted documents.

Click "Correct", make changes in the field with the incorrect data and click the "Save" button.

Thus, correct all the sections with comments and send the request for re-checking.

NOTIFICATIONS

You can see all the system notifications in a special section marked by a bell at the top of the back office.

RE-VERIFICATION

If your personal data changes after verification or if you change your ID document, you need to pass verification again and update your verification data.

Important! In other cases you do not need to re-verify.
