The New Generation Airships project is a project for the development, production and commercial operation of innovative airships. The project is implemented with collective investments.

Airships designed for passenger and cargo transportation will use helium, an inert gas. The use of phlegmatized hydrogen may be considered for unmanned and stratospheric airships.

The New Generation Airships project is funded by crowdinvesting (or collective funding). This means that every person from any country, except for countries with limited investment, can invest in the project and become a co-owner of the innovative business to profit from all the future commercial projects of the company.
Each investor of the project gets investment shares in SOLARGROUP, which is one of the co-founders (49% of shares) of the parent company AERONOVA. Upon completion of the project funding, the parent company will be reorganized into a joint stock company, and the investment shares will be exchanged for the company's shares.
Each investor in the project signs the investment agreement, its appendices, and a certificate specifying how many investment shares are owned by that investor. These documents can be drawn up both electronically and in hard copy.

Airships will utilize internal combustion engines, electric motors, and hybrid motors, depending on the task performed.

- lower fuel consumption (unlike airplanes, airships don't need fuel at takeoff, move forward on regular gasoline and partly solar energy),
- safe lifting gas (helium for passenger vehicles, hydrogen for unmanned stratospheric ones, and solar energy),
- flight safety (cannot go into a spin or catastrophic tilt),
- low noise and vibration levels (transportation is comfortable for everyone),
- less impact of infrastructure on the environment.
