Implementation of innovative technology business requires a fair amount of time and money. Investments are needed for:

• construction of the Sovelmash Design and Engineering Technology Department (D&E),
• fitting out the enterprise with state-of-the-art equipment,
• production of developments and patents,
• maintenance of the building,
• handling construction documentation and other paperwork,
• maintaining the company's operations until it becomes self-sustaining.
  

The construction of the D&E was completed at the end of 2024, but the project funding is still underway.
