What should I do if the deadline for crediting funds has expired, but the account balance has not been replenished yet?

First of all, make sure that you have actually debited the funds and that the deposit deadline has really expired.

The period of crediting depends on the method of adding funds and is specified in the description of each method. You can check it in the "Wallet" section (see "How to add funds" for more details).

If the deposit period has expired, but the money has not been credited, please contact technical support via the online chat or by other means.
