What is a CoC?
The Certificate of Compliance (CoC) is a state document that confirms that the constructed facility fully complies with the design documentation and all relevant standards. Receiving a CoC means that the construction stage for the Sovelmash D&E is fully completed.

Obtaining a CoC for an industrial facility is a complex, multi-stage procedure
Progress of the project now
The Sovelmash Design and Engineering Technology Department has been completed. Most of the equipment has been procured and commissioned. All that remains is obtaining the commissioning permit, after which we will begin fulfilling commercial orders and reach profitability.
